Our bootcamps are a music infused full body workout fit for any ability - honestly, come and join this class if you feel like a total beginner. It’s all about moving your body and feeling stronger each sesh.

6 week program to cater for all abilities and body types, to help gently strengthen, loosen and limber your body, reduce stress and lighten the load, with Level 3 personal trainer leading the session.
We promise:

✔️ New knowledge in what / not to do for your body
✔️ Improved cardio and muscular fitness levels (which will help heart rate, blood pressure, joint mobility, core strength, balance and so much more)
